For years, DECADES even, we’ve been hearing how the midwest had a “brain drain”, i.e., their best and brightest were leaving for greener climes.
Yet here comes the Census Bureau showing us otherwise in the last 6 years or so. What to make of that? What kind of opportunities exist there?
Well, for one, I’d think the affordability of housing in the Midwest will be a continued magnet for younger folks to relocate there. More folks moving there, less moving out, means what???
